Joe Jordan - Speaker and Trainer

My passion is helping people improve their results.

I am passionate about helping the people leading companies translate and integrate their vision, strategy, and critical ideas into business results. In short, as a speaker and trainer I help leaders transform an organization by influencing and changing behavior across an enterprise. If you want to change results, you have to change how people engage with one another, and more importantly, with the customer. If you want to make lasting changes in behavior, you must help people change the way they think or any change in how people work together will be short-lived and ineffective.

For over three decades, I have integrated business development and sales roles with corporate training and operations positions, giving me a unique blend of strengths and proven success designing and implementing initiatives that incorporate leadership, sales strategies, and performance improvement with critical business objectives.

A business trainer that delivers results across industries.

As an engaging and respected speaker, trainer, and business advisor, clients value my candid insights, practical strategies, and relevant examples from leading teams in fast-paced, high-performance service organizations. My areas of expertise include leadership development, critical thinking, collaborative communication, management, professional development, and sales enablement.

I’ve developed and delivered training for the Association of National Advertisers, Access Healthcare, AT&T, Dell, Inter-American Development Bank, KPMG, and Unisys.

My corporate contributions.

My corporate roles included Director of Services Sales Training at Dell, Inc. where I collaborated with senior leadership in the $8 billion global Services organization to leverage employee development as a strategic component in sales growth, leading a team of developers creating programs for sales, account management, client engagement, innovation, and project management. Earlier at Dell, I was a Performance Consultant for training strategy, needs analysis, program design, and major program management. As an Associate Development Advisor at Perot Systems, I taught multi-day courses training Customer Executives and delivery leaders responsible for selling and managing complex IT outsourcing engagements.

Prior to Dell, I served as Director of Business Development at Action Management Associates and Executive Vice President of Business Development for Right Management Consultants.

My fifteen-year career in the staffing industry included responsibilities in sales, sales management, training, customer service, operations, marketing, and leading a $30 million region with 17 operations. Owning a training business and working with leaders at all organizational levels give me direct experience managing the leadership and customer dynamics that translate into profitable business growth.
