Shannon Hodges is Vice President, Customer Care at Sirius XM. Based in Dallas, TX, Shannon brings 16 years of contact center experience to Sirius and is responsible for customer care globally.
Prior to joining Sirius in 2015, Shannon was Vice President at Convergys, a global business process outsourcing firm. Prior to Convergys, Shannon worked in the BPO segment of EDS, an IT outsourcing firm in Plano, TX, now part of HP. At EDS, he helped to implement a consistent workforce management platform and process globally. Later, at EDS, he worked a cost reduction project for the COO, the focus of which was to move work upstream from field services to the service desks. Prior to EDS, Shannon was at Alltel Communications, now Verizon. At Alltel, Shannon held various roles in Contact Center Operations, including Workforce Management, Reporting, and management of the Cisco ICM Command Center.
Shannon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ouachita Baptist University with a B.A. in Business Management. He is minority-owner and a board member of Ozark Energy Holdings.
Eric brings expertise in transforming data and information into business intelligence that drives productive decisions. His diverse experience set offers finance and accounting thought leadership to organizations through benchmarking, fundamental analysis, and risk management. As Chief Operating Officer at Saas Consulting Group, Eric is part of the leadership team providing cloud technology services in Salesforce.com and NetSuite cloud business applications. Prior to joining Saas Consulting Group Eric was CFO at LifeSmart Holdings, a private equity firm and Vice President, Accounting and Finance at Dairy.com.
Eric has played key roles in the success of a start-up venture from inception to profitability offers unique insight and perspective on all facets of business, including hands-on involvement in financial reporting, capital raising, pricing strategies, working capital management, budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance, markets and opportunity sizing, acquisitions, business valuation, accounting information systems, Board and shareholder relations, human resources, employee benefit plans, and strategic acquisitions.
Eric graduated Cum Laude in 1996 from Texas A&M University with BBA degrees in both Accounting and Finance, where he was selected as a member of the elite CBA Fellows Program and the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society. Eric was also repeatedly included on the Texas A&M Dean’s List for academic achievement and a member of a Greek social/philanthropic fraternity.
Eric is licensed in the State of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant, is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
R. Louie Sullins
R. Louie Sullins joined the Board of Jordan Development in 2016, bringing a broad spectrum of professional expertise as well as extensive engagement in non-profit organizational leadership. As Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, Louie began his financial services career in 1998 trading commodities and progressed into Wealth Advisory Management when joining Merrill Lynch in 2005. Louie works with a diverse group of individuals, small business owners, and corporate leaders.
A native Texan and loyal Texas A&M graduate, Louie was a member of the Corps of Cadets and has continuously supported the University by sitting on the Texas A&M Developmental Council for the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences and consistent participation in the Texas A&M Alumni. Louie’s extensive community involvement includes serving as 2010 Chairman of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, 2011 President of the Grapevine AMBUCS, and VP of Administration and Operations for Grapevine-Colleyville ISD Education Foundation.
When not working with his clients or supporting his community, Louie is a passionate adventure racer, enjoying trail running and mountain biking throughout the year. He lives in Colleyville with his wife, Julie, and their two daughters.
