What qualifies me to engage with your company? I live what I teach. While working in a diverse group of organizations and industries in both corporate and non-profit environments, I have purposefully integrated business development and sales roles with corporate training and operations positions.
That allows me to bring clients a unique blend of strengths in designing and implementing initiatives that develop leaders, grow revenue, enhance critical thinking, and improve individual and collective performance. I have had leadership roles in corporate business growth, new territory sales, region growth and business mix, team and talent optimization, and operational/process improvement.
I bring a level of energy that keeps me going when most around me are ready to sit one out. I spend more time with Millennials than with my peers. I exercise and eat food that makes my doctor smile. My wife and I love to travel. The creativity of photography captivates me, especially close-up nature photos.
