Critical thinking and communicating are more important than ever.

When did the ability to communicate, knowing how to think through a problem, and coming up with solutions for challenges become “soft skills?” Technical capabilities will rarely take someone farther than their interpersonal skills will allow.¬†Analyzing and evaluating terabytes of data is a poor use of time and resources unless someone can translate that data into information that drives behavior.
