As an Advisor, Shannon Hodges brings Jordan Development broad business knowledge and expertise. Shannon is Vice President of Sales and Support, leading Opendoor's acquisitions and resale growth.
Prior to Opendoor, Shannon was Vice President, International Care at GoDaddy, the world’s largest cloud platform dedicated to small, independent ventures, serving 18.5M+ customers worldwide. Earlier, Shannon was Vice President Customer Care at Sirius XM and Vice President at Convergys, a global business process outsourcing firm.
Shannon worked in the BPO segment of EDS, an IT outsourcing firm in Plano, TX, now part of HP. At EDS, he helped implement a consistent workforce management platform and process globally. Later, at EDS, he worked a cost reduction project for the COO, the focus of which was to move work upstream from field services to the service desks. Prior to EDS, Shannon was at Alltel Communications, now Verizon, where he held various roles in Contact Center Operations, including Workforce Management, Reporting, and management of the Cisco ICM Command Center.
Shannon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ouachita Baptist University with a B.A. in Business Management. He resides with his family in the greater Dallas area and is minority-owner and a board member of Ozark Energy Holdings.

Louie Sullins brings the Advisor team a broad spectrum of professional expertise as well as extensive engagement in non-profit organizational leadership. As Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, Louie began his financial services career in 1998 trading commodities and progressed into Wealth Advisory Management when joining Merrill Lynch in 2005. Louie works with a diverse group of individuals, small business owners, and corporate leaders.
A native Texan and loyal Texas A&M graduate, Louie was a member of the Corps of Cadets and has continuously supported the University by sitting on the Texas A&M Developmental Council for the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences and consistent participation in the Texas A&M Alumni.
Louie’s extensive community involvement includes serving as 2010 Chairman of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, 2011 President of the Grapevine AMBUCS, and VP of Administration and Operations for Grapevine-Colleyville ISD Education Foundation. He is currently on the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD School Board.
When not working with his clients or supporting his community, Louie is a passionate adventure racer, enjoying trail running and mountain biking throughout the year. He lives in Colleyville with his wife, Julie, and their two daughters.
